After aggregating Manekin's divisional resumes (brokerage, management, investment and construction) a pattern of success emerged. Capitalizing on these past successes, Manekin Healthcare Partners (MHP) was launched to unite and focus the divisions on the needs of the healthcare and life sciences industries in the Baltimore-Washington region.
Our belief is that there are special demands of administrative, clinical and service platforms operating in the healthcare industry. Furthermore, the rapidly changing dynamics of hospital growth, federal reimbursement policy and the continued evolution of HMO's mandate changes in real estate services provided.
